"Room was not made up first day. We complained and they said they'd be sure and make it up the next day. We were out all day, but when we got back at 6:30, the staff was in our room (and we were in a hurry to clean ourselves up and leave for a dinner reservation). Also - the contractor that sells Disney tickets in the lobby disappeared for half hour, leaving customers waiting in line at 8:30 in the morning! I will never stay at a Courtyard again; I used to think they were OK."
