"2 bedroom townhouse given at check in was very dirty and old. It had a musty odor and the carpet was very nasty. Went to the front desk to ask for a room change and was told to wait someone would work on it, waited and no was came so I asked and everyone was confused and didn't know who was working on this change, we were told there was no other rooms available, so we requested a refund and magically a room was available. This was in a newer high rise and was in ok condition, carpet still dirty, never walked bare footed on any of the floors, had 3 kids so didn't want to hunt for another room in florida in June my have been hard to find"

"A great place to take children 12 years old and under. Suite was very comfortable. Nice size rooms with plenty of elbow room. Nice size pool with water slides and kids play area. Down side to pool area was that it didn't open until 10 am. A nice place for a family vaction!"

"This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful, the only thing different from the last stay was that now you charge for using the bicycles and paddle boats and such. last time there was no fee. So that was a little dissapointing, but I guess if thats whats needed to help keep room rates down, then so be it. The elevator was terribly slow, so we mostly took the stairs ( we could all use the exercise :-) other than that we had a great experience. We have recommended your resort to others who have stayed there and we will continue to recommend it. Have a nice day."

"Although it was a little hard to find, when we finally did find it we were very pleased with everything. I took several pamplets to share with friends and family. I would definately recommend the resort to others as well as stay there again in the future."
