"
i asked for more shampoo which didn't show up to the room until I had been to the front desk 4 times. when it did come we got about fifteen bottles of it...very sarcastic if you ask me. and the trundle beds for the kids were never made properly even after i suggested the service leave out the trundle beds as to not tear the sheets. I wasn't impressed having to make my kids beds upon arrivall
