the hotel is apparently in a conservative mode and they were not allowing the staff much time to clean etc. the occupancy rate must have been less than 15% which makes me wonder how long they will be in business.
"

"
The hotel hallways were very hot, air did not work correctly. When I checked in I asked for a king bed. When I got to the room, the air conditioner did not work, nor was the phone working. I notice the room was set up for Handicap. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room, he gave me the room across the hallway. Once again, it was a handicap room and still the phone was not working. I again went to the front desk to ask for another room that was not handicap, and he said they only have rooms with 2 beds. I moved all of my bags 3 times!! After I made I final move, I again realized the phone was still not working. On my way out I went to the front desk to advise them. He said he would turn the phone on. You would have thought that he would have done that immediately after checking me into the room. I would not recommend this hotel, it didn't feel as clean as other Hampton Inns that I've stayed in before.

This is the best off-Disney hotel we've stayed at yet! We couldn't believe we got it for only $60 a night, including tax! Our room was spacious & clean, we even had a large bathroom. Each room comes with a microwave, frig & coffee maker. We didn't need a coffe maker though, they offer free coffee & tea in the lobby 24,7. We also saved money on breakfast, they offer a free breakfast with a huge assortment of food. This place is very convenient too, it's only 3 miles from the entrance to WDW on 192. We would definitely stay here again!

The last morning there I did not have any water for a shower. I called downstairs and inquired about it and the lady said she would check on it and get back with me. I called back a few minutes later and asked her exactly when I would get some water and she told me she did not know. She had to call the water company. I told her I really needed to take a shower and asked her if I could take a shower in another room since all the rooms were not affected. She said no and she would get back with me when she found out what the problem was. She never called back. I waited until the water came back on, it was not the normal pressure but I was desperate to take a shower. I know she had no idea but she could have offered me some alternatives or called me back when she found out something instead of me having to wait 10 min. for some of the water to come back on.
