The hotel's location was praised by numerous lodgers, who found it close to highway access, the airport, Port Everglades Terminal, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. One patron noted, "The hotel has a great location. Its about 1 block east of I-95 but you never hear any traffic from it. Probably about 10 places to eat within a mile of the property".
Many reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, accommodating, efficient and helpful with directions.
