The problem that we noticed right away as we entered the room was some stains on the carpet, which we thought may have been of pet stains. Carpets need to be steamed cleaned.

The girl at your desk was excellent, friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile by finding us a room that had just been cleaned so I could check in an hour early. ALSO, a huge plus was your hotel being pet friendly. I initially choose it because of that and everything was wonderful. We hate to leave our small dog behind so this worked out great for us.
