"We had a week long reservation setup. After the first night we promptly checked out in the morning. Our early checkout was inspired by many problems. The water intake to the toilet flooded the bathroom half way through the night, and left the bathroom and outer lying area soaked. The maids failed to bring any towels to the room. Lastly, the air conditioner was overly noisy and rattled. I'd reccomend staying somewhere else."

"The value was okay for the money. It was inexpensive and in a convenient area to UF and other campus sites. The only thing I disliked was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room and bathroom did not seem altogether clean or sanitary."
