Many guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it to be on the beach, as well as close to restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, Fort Lauderdale's downtown, Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale by the Sea.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by lodgers, who characterized them as polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
