The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and staff.
Numerous guests praised the hotel's location, finding it close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, highway access and water taxis. One patron remarked, "The location of the resort can't be beat, and the mall below is great for close dining options and the 24 hour CVS. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is across the street".
The hotel's rooms were enjoyed by many reviewers. They described their accommodations as spacious, clean, well equipped, modern and beautiful, with comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and gorgeous ocean views. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, accommodating and professional.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel's value and noise transfer.
A few guests were disappointed with the hotel's value. They found the added parking charge to be expensive, and also felt the hotel's rates were overpriced.
Noise disturbances were an issue for a few reviewers. They reported highway noise, as well as noise from guests in the hallways and adjacent rooms.
Please note that many complaints were made about long waits for the hotel's elevators, however, this was during the hotel's renovations, which were completed in October, 2013.
