"I was told by the reservation girl that the hotel was close to the airport...but it ended up being a $25.00 cab fare each way. I was told it was by the beach, but my definition and Travel Lodge's obviously differ. The ocean wasn't visible from the hotel.While I checked in a guest came in to say his toilet had backed up, and he was handed a toilet paper encrusted plunger to fix it himself! The walls were paper thin, the adjoining door had a large gap under it, so we heard ALL the embarrassingly X-rated sounds from the lady and her gentlemen friends (yes, plural) next door until about 1 am. Our phone rang in the middle of the night. The neighbors were at it again at about 6 am. I was there with my teen aged sons, which made it all the more uncomfortable. I will never stay at a Travel Lodge again."
