"This was definitely a rip-off. They refused to give my AAA discount since I had made the reservation with you. Insult to injury department: while we were checking in, someone walked in and paid half of what we had to pay. Couldn't use the drawers - the handles were broken off. The toilet backed up and had to call maintenance twice. Also had to call for toilet paper and clean towels. Some of the personnel were very nice -but there was one grumpy old man who acted like he hated his job and the people who go with it. We travel frequently and these were by far the worst accommodations we have had. No in-room coffee pot, iron, hair dryer, etc. Amenities were nonexistent."
