"I didn't rate the hotel's location vis a vis airport, etc... because that isn't why I choose it-it was convenient relative to the individual I was visiting in Dunedin. There were two problems with the hotel that bear mentioning. One is that the walls were very thin and our next door neighbor had a particularly piercing voice. Happily, she was not overly locquacious, but we heard every word. I also want to mention that the hotel orientation on the site is rediculous: The property is right on the ocean but the rooms and the dining area don't face the water! And the two places in the hotel with the best potential 'views' have no windows at all-they are the staircase on the left and the maid's closet on the right. What a pity! We would have paid more for our rooms if we could have had a nice view. Instead we looked out over some not very well maintained back yards, including one with an old car sitting in it."
