"The whole purpose of our stay was for the free park and fly option; we've stayed at this location 2 to 3 times a year for the last 3 years and this time they denied that they ever offered a free park and fly option with one night's stay. They told us this AFTER we had already paid, the first customer service rep was rude (basically told us we were lying about ever getting to park there for free!) Very frustrating, obviously changed management in the last three months and deny the existence of any previous policies, so we will never stay there again. Looking at Days Inn competitors from here on out."
