"Customer service comment: Service varied from friendly and very helpful at Reception to indifferent or non-existant in the restaurant.
Restaurant tended to be slow and on one occasion I left and ate elsehere after waiting more than 10 minutes to be shown to a table
(NO staff in evidence).
Downdown Denver is great! but rather inaccessible during peak hours.
It might help to be able to offer Cherry Creek Bus service information to guests trying to get into town. The off-peak hour shuttle service back from Downtown was excellent."
