"The gym and swimming pool were both out of order which was disappointing for the price we paid for the room. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. The faucet in the shower continously dripped. The towels were very small and thin...however, the customer service at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. We discussed this as we were checking out - that even though some things were negative, we would come back to stay due to this fact. Nice job with motivating their employees to care about the guests."
