Enjoyable Stay Would Have Been Even Better On the Top Floor
"We stayed on the lower level and were kept up very late at night and early in the morning due to the people in the room above us stomping around. Next time, I will be sure to request a room on the top floor so that I can get some rest! I also wished that there were more lights on the outside in the parking lot. I was there alone two nights and felt a bit scared in the dark parking lot by myself. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable with nice bath robes, a balcony overlooking the mountains and comfortable beds."
Catherine from Pflugerville, TX US rated Cheyenne Mountain Resort 8 out of 10 on May 30, 2010
"The rooms were really average. The restaurant food was very basic, nothing fancy and most significantly, there was a VERY loud group in the room underneath us making noise till well after midnight. The then started up again at 7 am. We called the front desk to complain twice and were assured security was "taking care of the problem". Nothing changed."
