"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was not helpful with giving directions or locations of places to go. Actually every time I called the front desk I was frustrated by the lack of help I could get. For someone that has never been to that area it can be very frustrating. For someone that is familiar with the area, the price you pay for the room you get is great."

"Few things that I didn't care for was the fact that there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs in the room when we got there. So, after getting checked in at 2 am we were woken up early in the AM by the maid service. We then left a little after 10 am and were asked if we needed anything in our room. We declined the maid sevice, however we did want towels. Upon returnging at 8 pm there were NO towels and the "do not disturb" sign was gone again. Another problem was the shower. Basically, there is not other way to put it.. It was broken. Water presure would have been wonderful if there wasn't water spraying out of all directions of the shower head."
