Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's value, describing the rates as great, affordable, budget friendly and reasonable. One patron noted, "I picked it because it was one of the most affordable hotels that I could find in the city and I'm so glad I did".

Several lodgers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as accommodating, attentive, friendly and helpful. One guest remarked, "All the hotel staff were friendly and courteous...and they really knew the area so could recommend local restaurants and sights".

The Bad
