"I really enjoy this hotel. They bring complimentary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to your room in the morning and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Only shocker was the cost of parking, however there are other garages nearby. I have stayed here more than once and will again."

"This used to be my favorite hotel in SF due specifically to the service and amenities. Unfortunately, my reservation was confused, the heavy robes they used to use have been changed out to flimsy short-sleeved versions, no hair dryer in room and the front desk argued with me that I didn't know where to look for it, and room service didn't arrive until I called to follow up twice. I'll be looking for a new "favorite" in SF."

"This comment is for the management only. I love so many things about your hotel that I hate to have a small thing get under my skin. We ordered room service Saturday night for two people. At $18 the "carafe" of ice tea was more than either of our entrees. It was also more than most California wines which ran $14-$18. It was also more than several beers. My point is...it did not have value. It was a rip off. I understand that a hamburger or salad might cost 4 times the market value, but an ice tea??? It's ridiculous."
