"this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was rude and the hotel room was bad. The room was very very small and the beds were bad. I was told this was a 5 star hotel. I also intend to write a letter to the hotel."

"This hotel is limited by the fact that it is a much older hotel that has been remodled. The halls were narrow, tv small, and outside the window stone work somewhat dirty. The noise from the city was really noticeable but all the above is to be expected from this older property. We very much appreciated the convenient parking, shopping and location to the convention center. All the employees at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. They could not have been better."
