One of the 3 receptionists was very friendly & helpful, the others weren't phased whether we got the info we were looking for or not. The room was small, and we could hear the person above us moving around at all hours. Seems like an oldish hotel done up to include today's 'needs'. Close enough to Union Square, but there were other hotels closer. Pub very close, so can be noisy. Some small restaurants closeby, as well as a laundromat. NO PARKING! find somewhere that has on-site parking...otherwise it was $15 per day to park 3 blocks away (service offerd by hotel valet.) Light breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee/fruit juice.
