"O.K. this is a Radisson not a five star. I knew that when I made reservations. I've stayed in a Radisson once or twice before but mostly have the opportunity to stay in four-star hotels. This Radisson by far surpassed my other Radisson experiences...and due to some excellent service even surpassed some of my four-star experiences. The onsite eatery was unique for a hotel resturant. The service was friendly and attentive - excellent selection, excellent taste, and unique/superior presentation. Those dinning in the inside area had the opportunity to view the chef and staff preparing the food (I perceived it to be part of the entertainment!) Guest reception was professional, with a personal touch. Staff seemed to work as a team. (I deliver customer service training and likely tend to be more critical than the average guest - they got my vote - nice job!) Fitness area had more equipment than most hotels of Radison's standards. I hope to return again. Thanks for the fine service!"
