"We were given a room that we didn't book - we were supposed to have a king bed in a room with a garden view, and instead had 2 double beds with a kitchen and a view of the parking garage. We were not made aware of this change, and when we got to our room realized it, and was too late in the day (we arrived with a late check-in), and were not able to request a room change. THey should have made us aware fo this difference upon our arrival and check-in. Otherwise, the hotel was ok, but nothing special."
