"This was the grossest hotel I have ever been to.... We had 3 rooms, for my family, my parents and my brother. Each room was poorly cleaned and they stunk. The water was turned off for 90% of the time, so no shower or toilet could be used. Your front desk staff was completely rude, and not willing to work with us at all. We had driven 12 hours from San Diego to Redding and could not use the restroom nor take a shower. It was the worse experience EVER!!!! You really have your hands full at the Redding location, you should really clean up the place as well as the staff. We will never, ever go there again... I guess for a $40.00 room, that's what we get!!!!!"
