"I reserved 3 non-smoking rooms but we were provided smoking. When I complained it took 40 minutes to find 2 non-smoking rooms but the 3rd room was smoking causing a very uncomfortable night for the occupant. I have completed a Hampton survey and requested a refund for this one room, one night stay. I hope that this will be provided."
