I reserved 3 non-smoking rooms but we were provided smoking. When I complained it took 40 minutes to find 2 non-smoking rooms but the 3rd room was smoking causing a very uncomfortable night for the occupant. I have completed a Hampton survey and requested a refund for this one room, one night stay. I hope that this will be provided.

This was our first stay with any Hampton Inn and we loved it. Very comfortable, clean, first class all the way at moderate prices. We were very impressed and will always choose Hampton Inn first when in Rancho Cordova. Thank you!
