"I was very displeased with the customer service I received when arrived at the motel on Monday night the 6th. I felt like I did not meet the predetermined standards of the employees working the front desk and therefore did not receive the level of customer service I should have. I wanted to use the hotels atm, unfortunately theirs was missing so I had to walk across a busy street about 2 or 3 blocks away to find one. The employees working the front desk on Tuesday morining the 7th were very helpful and had great customer service. I appreciate their hospitality."

"The house keeper forgot to clean our room after our first night so we had to request new towels that night(they were promptly delivered with an apology for the oversight). The shuttle service to the car rental and airport were excellent. Main desk people were very helpful."

"although the accomadations were nice (like new) we felt stuck in the parking lot because the room was surrounded by cars. Not very good ambience for the money. the room plus the parking should not be 119.00 but instead more like 75.00"

"Extremely convenient to the Oakland Airport. The shuttle was prompt in both directions, and the car in good shape when we returned. We would definitely use this service again for an occasion when we need to be gone a long time (now that we live out of the area)."
