The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests. They described it as downtown, and close to highway access, the Staples Center, public transit, Dodgers Stadium, the financial district, shopping, Universal Studios and the beach.
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious and well equipped, with great city views and comfortable beds and linens. A few guests found their rooms to be too small, however.
Several reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as friendly, accommodating and professional.
