The hotel's rooftop bar was a highlight for numerous lodgers. They enjoyed the heated pool, and the daily pool parties that went late into the night, with music and dancing. However, guests should note that partly as a result of the rooftop area, this hotel can be a bit noisy, which some reviewers complained about (see more details below).
Several reviewers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations and described their rooms as spacious, clean, modern and well equipped, with comfortable beds and great city views. It should be noted, however, that some guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about noise transfer and the rooms.
Noise disturbances were mentioned by several reviewers. They described the hotel as being a "party hotel" and reported being bothered by noise from the rooftop bar, guests in adjacent rooms, the street, the hallways and in rooms located near the elevators.
While many guests were pleased with their spacious and clean rooms, some reviewers were disappointed with their accommodations. They reported worn decor and cigarette smells in non-smoking rooms. It was also mentioned by several guests that some rooms featured a glass window between the bathroom and bedroom causing a lack of privacy, and that the beds were on platforms 6 inches off the ground, which they felt to be too low.
