"When I first arrived, I was given a key to a room that was not made up and was dirty. I was then given a key to a room on the second floor by the "garden", 252. I had reserved a non-smoking roon, this was not one. The air conditioner was in the ceiling and it was very noisy and it leaked causing the carpet to be wet. The interior lock was ripped off of the door jam. There were ants around the sink. The stucco and paint were pealing off the walls in the bathroom. There were two thin towels in the bathroom.The room felt as though it had been flooded at one time, it smelled musty. The next morning I asked to be moved and I was moved to the 3rd floor, 304. This room was better, cleaner, and the air conditioner did not leak. There were still ants around the sink. There were 4 thicker towels in the bathroom.I made my arrangements from Florida so I was not that familiar with the location of the hotel. It was at the tail end of Koreatown, and seemed like a marginal area. I did not feel comfortable walking around at night. Most of the clients appeared to be foreign nationals. I got the impression that perhaps there were different quality rooms, for different types of clientel. For the most part the employees were friendly. The price was good though I doubt I would ever stay there again."
