The GoodMany guests enjoyed that this property is close to tourist attractions as well as public transportation and dining establishments. Many guests were also happy with the neighborhood around the hotel in general, saying there was a lot to see. Many guests found the staff cheerful, helpful and accommodating.
Many guests were pleased with the quality of food in the on-site restaurant, though a few guests found it to be a bit pricey.
Many guests found the bus stop close by, and found the on-site car service to be convenient.
The Bad
Most guests felt the look of the hotel was dated, both in common areas and the guest rooms. Some guests also complained that some of the guest rooms, which featured two queen beds, felt cramped.
A few guests said the bathrooms seemed small, dark and in need of upgrades. A few guests said they had issues with the plumbing, such as slow drains.
Many guests found the $25 daily parking fee to be too steep.
