"We were surprised that the bathroom did not have an extractor fan, it got very steamed up. Not the best for the guests and not the best for the decor."

"The only concern that I have is I purcheased the room for 109.00 plus tax from you'll and when I got there, they tried to charge me 139.00 plus tax. The ended up finally correcting it once I showed them the confirmation from you'll and speaking to a manager. Other than that it was a wonderful hotel."

"ALTHOUGH WE BOOKED A ROOM WITH 1 KING AND 1 DBL BED, WHEN WE ARRIVED IN OUR ROOM , THERE WAS 1 DBL AND 1 SINGLE, NOT ENOUGH FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS. IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MIN. BEFORE THEY "UPGRADED" US TO THE CORRECT ROOM. THEY BROUGHT US OUR NEW CARD AND INFO RE WHERE OUR NEW ROOM WAS, BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE WITH OUR LUGGAGE. IF WAS FRUSTERATING TO DEAL WITH AFTER 11 HOURS AT DISNEYLAND!"
