Piccadilly Inn University is adjacent to California State University in Fresno (Fresno State) and approximately five miles from Fresno/Yosemite International Airport. This location is also half a mile from the SaveMart Center, five miles from the Fresno Fairgrounds, and eight miles from downtown and the Fresno Convention Center.
