"I would have given this hotel an excellent recommendation with the exception of one long night and the management ignoring my complaint until we spoke a week later! There was a wedding party that took over the room next door, outside their room and the pool area. The party had no regard for other patrons as they were loud, sometimes yelling, doors slamming all night until approximately 5AM! Hotel management gave them warnings, but that's it! I was very unsatisfied with their lack of compensation for this sleepless night!"

Piccadilly Inn University

Piccadilly Inn University is adjacent to California State University in Fresno (Fresno State) and approximately five miles from Fresno/Yosemite International Airport. This location is also half a mile from the SaveMart Center, five miles from the Fresno Fairgrounds, and eight miles from downtown and the Fresno Convention Center. The rooms were renovated in 2007: there are new beds and bedding, carpet, drapes, furniture. Hotel amenities include the swimming pool, whirlpool, complimentary continental breakfast, 24-hour coffee bar, and exercise room. The hotel also offers airport shuttles, valet laundry service, 24 hour bell service, and free parking.
