The GoodThere were some mixed reviews for this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis. However, many guests agreed that the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. One reviewer thought that the customer service was amazing.
Several guests found their rooms generally comfortable, while several other reviewers found the location convenient for exploring the city and accessing shopping, restaurants and highways.

The Bad
Among the reviews sourced for this editorial, there were a few concerns about the condition of the guest rooms. A couple of guests noted cleanliness inconsistencies, while a couple of other reviewers thought that the carpeting, linens and furniture appeared old and in need of upgrades. However, a couple of guests who stayed at this property in March and April 2013 said that their rooms, and the property in general, were undergoing renovations.
