Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as helpful, friendly and efficient.
The hotel's restaurant was praised by numerous reviewers, who described it as amazing, great and reasonably priced. One patron noted, "The food is out of this world. As a matter of fact, the food at the hotel would rival or better any of the 4 & 5 star resorts we have been to".
