"we first arrived to find or carpets had been cleaned and were still wet, but did not want to change rooms , because our daughters were in the room next to us and it would have been impossible to move both rooms ,after the second day the carpets were still damp. secondly ,i understand that most of the people in the area are hispanic , not being able to communicate with the guests in my opinion is unacceptable .there was also 2 broken umbrellas in the pool area that had the wooden spoke hanging down from them causing a danger to kids or some one not paying attention"
