The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who found it close to Disney parks, Downtown Disney, the monorail, the airport, highway access, restaurants and shopping. One patron noted, "The hotel has a great location at the end of Downtown Disney. You can walk from the hotel to Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and California Adventure".
Many reviewers offered compliments to the hotel's staff, characterizing them as efficient, friendly and helpful.
