The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who found it close to Disney parks, Downtown Disney, the monorail, the airport, highway access, restaurants and shopping. One patron noted, "The hotel has a great location at the end of Downtown Disney. You can walk from the hotel to Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and California Adventure".
Many reviewers offered compliments to the hotel's staff, characterizing them as efficient, friendly and helpful. One guest remarked, "From the moment we drove up to the hotel, the customer service was impeccable. Whether you pay for concierge service (we did not) or are there as a regular guest, every single cast member that assists or passes by makes sure that they smile, give you their utmost attention, and provide excellent service".
