"At check-in the counter person told me there would be continental breakfast from 7 to 9:30. When I got there at 9, it was over. In any case, it appeared to offer a waffle, bagel, apple juice and coffee. That's all. The internet in the lobby was down. The bottle opener in the bathroom area appeared to have been ripped out of the wall, or wherever it goes, and the floor had a pile of sawdust and wood pieces in a pile about a foot in diameter. The opener and the relevant screws were on the bathroom counter. A friend called the number on my phone and could not get through. It simply didn't ring, apparently. When I checked out, the front desk person could not give me a receipt, "because you registered on line so there are no charges"."
