"This hotel is dramatically understaffed. The man at the front desk was obviously stressed and overworked and NOT happy about it. He never smiled and seemed generally annoyed by every question that was asked of him. When I brought my broken iron down for a replacement, he said I would just have to wait. He said he couldn't take one from another room because they were "sold out". We were trying to go out to dinner, and I needed to iron my clothes. He told me it would be at least TWENTY minutes before he could get another iron. RIDICULOUS! He saw my obvious frustration and brought an iron up in about 10 minutes....but he looked very irritated by having to do so. We were never made to feel welcome or even appreciated. The hotel was convenient to where we were visiting and it was clean and had a great rate....but that's all I can say about it."
