"The locks on the door didn't work- the key cards didn't work. This limited us doing anything that evening as we would have had to let the fron tdesk let us in if we left and came back. The toilet rocked on the the weird step up landing the toilet was on. The breakfast area was run down and needs to renevated. It was soo bad we didn't eat our breakfast there. We have stayed at motels that cost much less and had better service and breakfasts."

"My one complaint is that the check-out time is 12 noon, yet I received two phone calls (one at 10:50am, one at 11:00am) asking me when I was going to check out, in a tone that implied that I was supposed to get out immediately. The temperature outside was 105 degrees. The entire reason that I booked a room was because I was just returning to the Phoenix Airport from a conference in Ohio, and if I took the ground transportation available on Sunday night from Phoenix to Flagstaff I would arrive home at 1:30am. I recently suffered a stroke caused by an autoimmune condition that would make so much travel in one day potentially harmful to my health. The conference that I traveled to attend was very tiring, and I needed to rest Sunday night and sleep in on Monday morning. I planned to leave for the bus station by 11:15am since my transportation was scheduled to depart at 12:30pm (and I was actually up, ready, and packed when I received these phone calls), but I did not appreciate starting my day in so unpleasant a manner as essentially being harrassed into getting out of my room a full hour before check out time."
