"front desk people were not very helpful and very frsutrating to get things done.Our room was cleaned only once in 5 days,internet service I paid for worked intermittently. A/c in our first room did not work."

"The room card key assigned at check in did not work. I was sent back to the room three different times, and on the fourth return to the front desk was reassigned to a different room. The staff attitude was very condescending during this frustrating experience. Keep in mind that it is 115+ degrees in Phoenix while I am making all these trips back and forth to the office. The keys also stopped working arbitrarily on the third day, and I made 3 more trips back and forth to the office to get keys that worked. Again, a very non-caring attitude from the staff. Then, to top it all off, I was billed both by your company and by the hotel directly, double charged for a mediocre room and an unpleasant and less than hospitible stay. Never again will I stay at a hotel in this chain."
