Good value & location for Midtown Phoenix
"Good location; nice layout for the room. Great little kitchen with household items. Good value for the room. Service needs to be stepped up. Toilet was clogged & I was told where the plunger was. Also, the fire alarm went off; we all to leave until the night clerk could figure out how to turn it off. Be prepared to ask for linens, there is no daily housekeeping service unless you pay for it. there is a continental breakfast Mon-Fri, that was nice. Overall, even with these issues, I would stay again. the value is there.(though I might bring my own plunger next time.)"

"The Manager at the hotel, Nick, I believe was his name, was absolutely wonderful. We had the apartment rented and when we went into the room, it was extremely hot. He did his best to make the A/C work and gave us a key to another room in case it did not cool down. On top of that, he lowered our rate for the room to 1/2 price. He could not have been more courteous and helpful. Your hotel is lucky to have such a fine employee. Rosanne Lapan"
