Reviewers thought that their rooms, and the hotel in general, appeared dated and poorly maintained. One guest described dated and uncomfortable furniture, while another reviewer noted that the carpeting was stained. A few guests thought that their rooms did not appear clean.
A couple of guests said that their in-room climate-control units were not working properly and that it was difficult to maintain a consistent in-room temperature. A couple of reviewers complained that this property still had designated smoking rooms.
