"This was either the third or fourth time I have stayed at this property. The first time I was unhappy about the service and the room, however I tried it one more time and it was much better. This time I have no complaints.
The first time, the toilet got plugged up and was not u nplugged, so I had to move to another room. I wanted to leave the cost on the credit card that I regestered with on line and was told that I couldn't. I tried to check out and the office was not open, yet the bill was charged to the credit card that I had asked for. I felt the young woman was not helpful at the front desk. This is all changed."

"No maid service....no shampoo...c'mon those are basics that were not offered at this hotel. Noone to check me out out."
