"I was very pleased when i got help drying my 6 year old sons clothes after he fell into the pool.That was great. But when we arrived home we realized my 13 yr old son had left his favorite jean jacket on the sofa bed the night before. It had to have fallen into , meaning under the bed its self,when we foldewd it up, or behind the sofa because we looked to make sure we had left nothing behind. I called several times to the hotel to speak to someone about looking into the room and finding it but no sucess was made.The room was occupied.I was extremly frustrated i felt if i went back to the room myself i would have found it. i was never called back as promised and i still believe no one looked in the place i asked them to.The jacket could be replaced, but the patches on it were purchased by alot of hard work by my son.He is upset every morning when he gets ready for school and i say to him "Go get your jacket" and he says to me "I don`t have it remember !" So if someone could look into it that would be great ,thanks for your time."

"The service we received for cleaning the room the second time was quite poor. No glasses were left, the bathroom eminities were not refilled. All the it looked like was the staff came in and remade the beds, left clean bath towels and 1 face towel. It was considered a poor attempt. The first and last housekeeper we had was excellant. She was fast, very friendly and she did everything superior. We applauded her and made sure she know we were extremely happy with her. She was off on Friday and Saturday, but was back on Sunday to wish us a good return home. The gift shop hostess' were extremely kind as well as the Lady at the front desk and the Concierge. I really expected the Hilton to have more to offer for a suite, but we were happy with our accomendations overall. We had some problems with the key card letting us back in on one night, but the guard took care of the problem for us and we thanked him. Over all my brother and I had a good time, the complaints we had have been mentioned above. The Hilton name generally to us meant the top of the line accommendation, but I guess they are changing with the times. We also stayed at a competitor, the Courtyard at the Marriott, in a suite which was a suite like we expected. We may book the Hilton in the future, but only if we can't get the Marriott.
