Beautiful Lake Havasu City is the combination of two natural beauties, the splendor of the desert and the gorgeous crystal blue waters of the lake. With over 300 days of sunshine each year, Lake Havasu is the perfect destination for golf, tennis, and desert tours. Constructed in the mid 80?s, more than 60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools, spas, and pleasant courtyards. Resort amenities include hot tub and outdoor grills.
The one bedroom/one bath Condo Suite holds a maximum of 4 people and utilizes 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen pull-out Sofa. Room amenities also include free local calls, Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all utensils for your convenience.
Checkin Procedures - Check is between 2 and 5pm. Please bring a copy of confirmation, valid credit card of person checking in for file, or cash for deposit. A security deposit of 300 will be collected upon check in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
