The Air conditioner was not very good, we were too warm all night. We have always had very good stays at this particuliar place. We love staying at this location, but with out plenty of air not so good this time.

Staff was superior. Breakfast bar was excellent. Enough amenties. However bathroom needed some extra cleaning. Tile in shower/tub area was dirty, commode had some kind of grit in it when first arrived, tile floor in bathroom needed good cleaning and telephone was too dirty to touch. Small refrigeration was well over due defrosting. Linens on bed were clean.

Lightbulb out - reported upon leaving. Could use another set of hand towels. Very inconvenient room across from pool. No parking in front of rooms. Have to unload and carry belongings a distance depending on room number. Very inconvenient.

Think Again About Staying Here
"
We checked into a room that was not clean; the curtains had a hole in them, the shower was dripping and the handle broke when we tried to turn it off. We found an empty whiskey bottle behind the curtains. The room smelled awful. We notified the office and the maintentance man came and he helped us move to another room which was much better, even though we found black hair around the sink and on the floor and a broken fingernail in the bed when we started to get in bed. We will not stay here again, even though we had stayed here five years ago and it was ok.

"
The carpets were FILTHY! Had 2 young children & didn't want them on the floor at all after seeing their white socks turn black; my house slippers were black, too. Had mosquitos in the room, hair in the tub, & dirt around the bathroom baseboards. Continental breakfast was good, and beds were comfortable. For $39/night, guess we shouldn't have expected much, but I would never stay there again.

Because of it's eassy access from the highway, closeness to the business and professional district of west Little Rock, and value. Tis is always my hotel of choice.
