The General Manager goes out of his way to be efficient, courteous and very helpful. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job though. I'm still here and will be extending my stay due to my work assignment here in Birmingham and would like to have the floors, bathroom and rugs cleaned at least once a week. I'm into my third week and they haven't been done yet.
