"First night couldn't find our reservation. Put us in small room with a leaky air conditioning unit that leff the floor in a puddle when we got out of bed. Changed room next day but charged us additional $10 per day. Had no airconditioning, very noisy, over the kitchen and could hear the restaurant and kitchen clean up until about 3 AM. Noisy drunks pounding on doors and yelling in halls after 2 AM. Complained with no results. The receptionist desk kept giving out incorrect information such as prices for taxi's etc. Not at all friendly. Convenience to everything was the only thing going for it."
