"yes, thank you. In our 3-nigth stay, we were asked to change to a smaller room, (in our third nigth). They claimed that, we had been informed, via e-mail, from you. (I could not find such e-mail). Anyways, the room, was indeed, smaller, only one bathroom, the sink was clooged, the AC unit in my bedroom was not working properly, it leaked a lot of water all over our clothes. The refrigerator was not working properly. This is a bungalow-type of hotel, so we had purchased some groceries for our stay. They told us that they were going to change all our belongings, they never placed them in our new room, they left them in some office, including the perishable food. Very frustrating. All in all, a very beatiful property, however, poorly managed. Hotel attendant, just added more agravation, due to her lack of common sense and inability to better-handle the situation."
