"The first night was OK, because the room was high and not on the street.
The beds, both nights, were hard and uncomfortable.
The second night (second stay on October 13) was BAD. Despite having booked in advance, we were placed in the only room which was a) next to the kitchen, b) on the street at the first floor (extremely noisy) and c) next to the restaurant which served dinner to guests at 10.30 pm and breakfast at 7.00am. After a long, tiring journey the day we arrived, sleep was difficult to find because of the hard beds and the noise of traffic, kitchen,guests eating.
I was also disappointed in the value for money: I have visited Oaxaca for many years and have stayed in better, more comfortable hotels for much less.
Fopr all these reasons, we cancelled our third visit to the hotel for October 18."
